The short answer
Off-the-shelf compliance training from eCompliance starts at $4,000 a year for up to ten courses with your branding applied, and $8,000 a year where content needs changing. Custom builds by Hungry Minds are quoted per project, because the price depends on how much has to be designed rather than reskinned.
These tiers apply across all 101 courses in the catalogue. Nothing here is per-seat.

Custom builds
Quoted per project, not per tier
A custom build is priced on what has to be designed: how many roles, how many scenarios, how much of your policy set has to be worked in, and whether it needs filming or translation. Most sit well above the Premium tier, and for the right problem they are the cheaper option, because a course nobody acts on costs its full price and returns nothing.
Common questions
Is it priced per person?
No. The tiers cover a bundle of courses for a year, not a seat count, so the cost per learner falls as you roll it out more widely.
What is the cheapest way to meet an obligation quickly?
The Enhanced tier, deployed off the shelf. If an auditor or regulator is already asking, that is usually the right call, and you can start custom work in parallel.
Do we need our own LMS?
No. Courses come as SCORM packages for a system you already have, or you can run them on our compliance platform.
When is a custom build worth it?
When the thing people get wrong is specific to how your organisation works, rather than to the law itself. We wrote a guide to making that call, and it is willing to tell you to buy off the shelf.
